Through Manpower's RPO model, I focused primarily on B2B Sales hiring while supporting B2C Sales, Xfinity retail locations, and Customer Service teams. This sharpened my ability to manage high-volume pipelines, partner across diverse business units, and deliver consistent results across multiple role types.
