Why should you have a Coach?

1. Clarity in your career and personal aspirations:

  • What is important to me and why?

  • What gives me the most satisfaction?

  • Setting attainable goals

2. View your circumstances from other perspectives

  • What are my limitations, and why?

  • What are my immediate needs, and why?

3. Discover and process your emotions

  • Getting started can feel like a challenge, but starting over can feel like a setback.  Understanding our circumstances and being clear on what we want and need is essential for us to put a plan in motion.  I have spoken to many who are plagued with uncertainty and fear when facing change in their careers. However, in time, they realize that change sets forth opportunities that they might have never taken advantage of if not for having to start over.
