​The General Manager (GM) position is a comprehensive professional role in which the leader takes full reporting responsibility for a hotel or resort. At Blue Water, our property leaders have three main goals:take care of your people, wow your guests,and manage your business.

This position is best suited for a resourceful and a creative individual motivated by the employee and guest engagement, as well as achieving goals. 

​We’re hiring a Resort General Manager to lead operations at one of Blue Water’s upscale campground and RV resorts. This role owns the full business—team leadership, guest experience, and financial performance. You’ll guide a 24/7 operation, elevate service standards, partner across F&B, attractions, and lodging, and drive results through smart planning, forecasting, and revenue management. Ideal for a strategic, hands‑on hospitality leader with RV/campground experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

A mechanical self-starter who can ensure property operations run smoothly and safely. Key competencies include mechanical aptitude to maintain many operations, quick ability to identify and root-cause issues in mechanical systems, and adeptness at proactive systems management to ensure optimal performance.
