Regional Marketing Manager

An independent, take-charge professional is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies across an assigned portfolio. Must meet tight deadlines with little supervision and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends. The Regional Marketing Manager should have a passion for helping the assigned portfolio increase its relevance in today’s increasingly digital world, providing outstanding customer service, being an enthusiastic professional, and building relationships with all properties, vendors, and partners. The position is responsible for managing each entity's marketing budgets and associated revenue.

Assistant General Manager
Chesapeake Bay KOA (Cape Charles)
Range: $45K - $55K (yearly)

As a highly visible member of the property’s Leadership Team, the Assistant General Manager (AGM) serves as a key liaison for campground guests and the General Manager's right-hand, while also supporting Front Office operations and other operating departments, such as Housekeeping/Laundry. They will serve as a role model for Blue Water Hospitality Group’s mission, vision, and values. They will work hands-on to maximize the hotel's overall efficiency and profitability.  
Attractions Manager (Campground)

A mechanical self-starter who can ensure property operations run smoothly and safely. Key competencies include mechanical aptitude to maintain many operations, quick ability to identify and root-cause issues in mechanical systems, and adeptness at proactive systems management to ensure optimal performance.
Front Desk Manager
Commander Hotel & Suites
Location: W. Ocean City, MD

Front Desk Manager responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. Are responsible for obtaining or receiving tickets and merchandise, totaling bills, accepting payments, and making changes for customers in the camp store. Assisting with the essential functions of the resort Café. 
General Manager, Campground

The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter and a strategic thinker who can see the big picture while rolling up their sleeves to manage the day-to-day minutia. The GM must operate effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and communicate orally and in writing to various audiences. Strong business management acumen is required, including the ability to manage and report on financial results and to utilize multiple systems and technologies proficiently.
As the GM, you will lead and champion all aspects of property assets and resources, including staff, property, buildings, and amenities. You will also provide exceptional guest service and regularly coach property staff on best practices for delivering it. You will act as the face of the property and as a conduit for your goals and objectives for employees and guests.

Sr. Property Accounting Manager
Blue Water
Location: Fully Remote
Pay Range: $100K - $150K (yearly)

A problem solver who can motivate and engage an accounting team to ensure the organization adheres to standard practices and procedures and safeguards the organization from financial issues. The Property Accounting Manager oversees a team of staff accountants who provide accounting support for our managed properties. This includes preparation and execution of the month-end closing, preparation of financial statements, tax reconciliations, cash management, AP/AR, and general ledger accounting. The Property Accounting Manager ensures that all balance sheet reconciliations are completed in a timely manner and is responsible for reviewing/approving all financial information provided by their assigned staff accountants. This role supports the organization's strategic vision through sound fiscal management. Key competencies: Financial Management, Performance Management, Ethical Conduct, and thoroughness.
