We help small and mid‑sized businesses hire consistently without the high cost or unpredictability of traditional agencies.
We are growing and seeking a Sales Partner (Full‑Cycle Sales & Account Management) who can own the entire revenue lifecycle — from prospecting and closing new business to nurturing client relationships and driving renewals.
This is a commission‑only role designed for a motivated, relationship‑driven professional who wants autonomy, flexibility, and uncapped earning potential.
Who You Will Sell To: Business Types & Their Needs:
1. Micro‑Businesses (1–20 employees)
Annual Contract: ~$6,000/year ($500/month) Owner‑led, overwhelmed, and hiring reactively. They need simple, affordable recruiting support and someone to guide them through the process.
2. Small Businesses (21–100 employees)
Annual Contract: $30,000–$48,000/year ($2,500–$4,000/month) Growing teams with inconsistent hiring. They want predictable recruiting support, weekly updates, and a partner who feels like an extension of their team.
3. Mid‑Sized Businesses (101–500 employees)
Annual Contract: $50,000–$75,000/year ($4,166–$6,250/month) HR teams lacking recruiting capacity. They need volume support, structure, and a subscription‑based alternative to traditional agencies.
What You’ll Sell:
RPO Lite Monthly Support Plans (12‑Month Subscription)

Micro‑Business Plan: ~$6,000/year

Outplacement Services

Commission Structure (Clean, Consistent, and Scalable):
You earn commission on new contracts, renewals, and add‑on services. Commission rates are based on the type of product, not the timing of the sale.
RPO Lite (Subscription Product)
New Contracts:

20% of the first‑year contract value

Paid once the client signs and pays the first invoice

Example: $60,000 contract → $12,000 commission
Renewals

10% of the renewal contract value

Example: $60,000 renewal → $6,000 commission
RPO Lite Expansions (Upgrades or Increased Scope)

20% on any new RPO Lite revenue added mid‑year or during renewal
Outplacement (Project‑Based Product)
Outplacement is always treated as new revenue, regardless of timing.

Example (Renewal + Add‑On)
Client renews RPO Lite at $60,000 and adds $10,000 in Outplacement:

RPO Lite renewal → 10% = $6,000

Outplacement add‑on → 25% = $2,500

Total commission = $8,500
This structure rewards both new business and long‑term client success.
Responsibilities (Full‑Cycle Sales & Account Management):
Sales (Hunter Mode)

Prospect and engage small and mid‑sized businesses

Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs

Present MTI’s RPO Lite Monthly Support Plans and Outplacement offerings

Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
Account Management (Farmer Mode)

Onboard new clients and establish trust
-
Maintain ongoing communication and check‑ins
-
Ensure client satisfaction and alignment with hiring goals

Identify expansion opportunities

Drive annual renewals
