Stephanie Toro serves as MTI's Recruiting Manager, leading recruiting operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and candidate experience. Sean Shaw
Sales & Marketing Consultant
Sean is a Sales & Marketing Consultant with a decade of experience in service‑based sales, specializing in helping companies strengthen their hiring process through MTI’s RPO Lite, recruiting support, and outplacement services.
He brings a relationship‑driven approach to business development, turning conversations into trust and trust into long‑term partnerships. Sean focuses on fast‑moving industries — construction, trades, manufacturing, and logistics — where hiring challenges are constant and clarity matters.
