Eileen Gonzalez is the Founder and CEO of Master the Interview (MTI), a consulting and talent acquisition firm known for its high standards, clarity, and results‑driven approach. With a background in operational leadership, recruiting, and organizational culture, Eileen built MTI on the belief that excellence is a discipline — not an accident.

She oversees MTI’s vision, brand governance, pricing strategy, and client partnerships, ensuring every engagement reflects the firm’s commitment to integrity, structure, and performance. Eileen is also responsible for developing MTI’s next generation of leadership, shaping a company designed to grow, scale, and endure.

Marvin Venable

Lead Generation & Research Manager

Marvin Venable brings a strong foundation in psychology, safety, and nonprofit job placement to MTI. His experience includes partnering with employers, supporting workforce re‑entry programs, and preparing candidates for meaningful career opportunities. Marvin’s background working with returning citizens shaped his people‑centered approach and strengthened his ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and understand what both candidates and employers need to succeed.
 

At MTI, Marvin focuses on employer outreach, lead generation, and RPO‑Lite hiring support for small and mid‑sized businesses. He plays a key role in building relationships, identifying hiring needs, and helping organizations create simple, effective, and human‑focused hiring processes.

Lilliam Cuevas

Operations Manager

Lilliam Cuevas serves as MTI's Operations Manager, bringing structure, organization, and operational discipline to the firm. Her strengths in documentation, process improvement, communication, and quality control ensure that MTI's client engagements run smoothly, efficiently, and consistently.
 

With hands-on involvement across MTI's recruiting workflow and client experience, Lilliam plays a critical role in maintaining the systems and standards that define how MTI operates and delivers. She is a key part of MTI's infrastructure and long-term growth.

Stephanie Toro

Recruiting Manager

Stephanie Toro serves as MTI's Recruiting Manager, leading recruiting operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and candidate experience. She oversees recruiter performance, client delivery, and the full recruiting lifecycle — ensuring every search reflects MTI's standards of integrity and excellence.
 

Known for her steadiness and commitment to doing things right, Stephanie is the operational backbone of MTI's recruiting function. She coaches recruiters, maintains process standards, and ensures every candidate and client interaction reflects the firm's values.

Sean Shaw

Sales & Marketing Consultant

Sean is a Sales & Marketing Consultant with a decade of experience in service‑based sales, specializing in helping companies strengthen their hiring process through MTI’s RPO Lite, recruiting support, and outplacement services.
 

He brings a relationship‑driven approach to business development, turning conversations into trust and trust into long‑term partnerships. Sean focuses on fast‑moving industries — construction, trades, manufacturing, and logistics — where hiring challenges are constant and clarity matters.
 

At MTI, Sean works directly with business owners and HR leaders to identify gaps, streamline recruiting workflows, and connect organizations with ethical, efficient hiring solutions.

His mission is simple: help companies hire smarter and support employees with dignity when transitions occur.
