Eileen Gonzalez

Founder & CEO

Eileen Gonzalez is the Founder and CEO of Master the Interview (MTI), a consulting and talent acquisition firm known for its high standards, clarity, and results‑driven approach. With a background in operational leadership, recruiting, and organizational culture, Eileen built MTI on the belief that excellence is a discipline — not an accident.

She oversees MTI’s vision, brand governance, pricing strategy, and client partnerships, ensuring every engagement reflects the firm’s commitment to integrity, structure, and performance. Eileen is also responsible for developing MTI’s next generation of leadership, shaping a company designed to grow, scale, and endure.

Stephanie

Recruiting Manager

Stephanie serves as MTI’s Recruiting Manager, leading the firm’s recruiting operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and candidate experience. Known for her integrity, steadiness, and commitment to excellence, she oversees recruiter performance, client delivery, and the full recruiting lifecycle. 

With a strong foundation in MTI’s processes and culture, Stephanie is responsible for maintaining the firm’s recruiting standards, coaching new recruiters, and ensuring every candidate and client interaction reflects MTI’s values. As part of MTI’s long‑term succession plan, she is being developed into a future executive leader of the firm.

Lilliam

Operations Manager

Lilliam is MTI’s Operations Manager in development, bringing structure, organization, and operational discipline to the firm. She begins her journey at MTI in a recruiting role to gain hands‑on understanding of the workflow, systems, and client experience — the foundation required for strong operational leadership.

Her natural strengths in documentation, process improvement, communication, and quality control make her a key part of MTI’s long‑term infrastructure. As MTI grows, Lilliam will transition into the full Operations Manager role, overseeing systems, reporting, workflow optimization, and cross‑department coordination.

Kenny

Sales Partner

Kenny serves as a Sales Partner for MTI, bringing a rare blend of recruiting experience, sales discipline, and real‑world leadership. His background includes serving as a Marine Recruiter, where he developed the ability to connect with people quickly, communicate with clarity, and guide individuals through high‑stakes decisions. 

He later expanded his sales expertise through roles in mobile sales and construction sales, giving him a deep understanding of customer needs, relationship‑building, and solution‑driven communication.

Now coming full circle, Kenny combines his recruiting foundation with his sales experience to represent MTI with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to helping clients find the right talent. His natural charisma, resilience, and ability to build trust make him a strong ambassador for MTI’s brand and values.
