My recruiting foundation was built inside enterprise‑level RPO models, partnering with major organizations through FlexPro, WilsonHCG, and Manpower. These experiences shaped the structure behind MTI’s RPO Lite — a streamlined, high‑impact recruiting solution designed for small and growing businesses that need expert support without the cost or complexity of a full RPO contract.
Nike (FlexPro → WilsonHCG) I began supporting Nike through FlexPro, and when contract limits would have ended my assignment, Nike transitioned me to WilsonHCG so I could continue as their dedicated Sr. Recruiter. During this time, I recruited across a wide range of Marketing functions, including:

I also supported leadership hiring for the APLA region, gaining extensive experience in multi‑state compliance, cross‑functional partnership, and enterprise‑level recruiting operations.
Comcast (Manpower) Through Manpower’s RPO model, I focused primarily on B2B Sales hiring and supported B2C Sales as needed. I also staffed Xfinity retail locations and Customer Service teams. This strengthened my ability to manage high‑volume pipelines, partner with diverse business units, and deliver consistent results across multiple role types.
How This Informs MTI’s RPO Lite: My RPO background allows me to bring enterprise‑level structure to small businesses in a way that is simple, affordable, and tailored.
